How to Immigrate to Ontario?
Express Entry French-speaking Skilled Worker

This program is available for foreign workers with French-speaking skills, besides strong English language abilities and skilled work experience.
How to apply?
You must have a federal government express entry profile and receive a notification of interest from Ontario to be able to apply for nomination to the Ontario government. You then need to create a ONe-key account and the OINP e-Filing Portal account and submit your application for nomination. Once you are nominated by the Ontario government, you are then able to apply to the federal government via IRCC for permanent residence.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Point System Express Entry Pass score You must score 67/100 if you would like to be assessed under FSWP. Refer to the FSWP details. Language Must have NCLC 7 or higher in French AND CLB 6 in English. Experience You must meet the requirement of work experience in either the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Refer to the FSWP or CEC for these details. Job Offer A job offer is not required to apply. Education Must have Canadian bachelor’s, Master’s or a Ph.D., or a foreign equivalent level of education with Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. Settlement Funds Must have either a settlement fund for yourself and dependent family members, or a job offer in Ontario. Others Intention to live in Ontario: You must have the intention to live in Ontario after your PR is approved.
