How many refugees and protected persons, H&C, and others will be accepted in Canada in 2023?

In 2023, IRCC is planning to accept 76,305 refugees and protected persons which are 16.40% of all permanent residents, moreover, an additional 15,985 persons will be accepted under the humanitarian and others class which are 3.43% of all permanent residents that Canada is planning to accept that year.

These 76,305 persons are accepted under various sub-classes such as 27,505 under privately sponsored refugees and a further 25,000 under the protected persons in Canada and dependents abroad sub-class.
