How to Immigrate to Ontario?
Regional Immigration Pilot

This small 2 years pilot program is for foreign workers, international students and others with the right skills, experience, and education to permanently live in Ontario by filling local labour shortages in rural and small communities. This program works within the existing Employer Job Offer Streams under the OINP. There are no separate criteria or program requirements for the Regional Immigration Pilot. However, to be eligible under this program, the job offer must be from an employer located in the following 3 pilot communities: Chatham-Kent, City of Cornwall or Cities of Belleville and Quinte West.
How to apply?
To apply for the Regional Immigration Pilot program, you will need to create a profile in the OINP e-Filing Portal and express your interest in this program. You will then receive an invitation to apply for a nomination. Once you receive the OINP nomination letter and certificate, you can then apply to IRCC for your permanent residence.
