This program is for skilled, trained, and experienced persons whose work is included in Manitoba’s in-demand occupation list, and who also have strong family connections in Manitoba.

How to apply?

You must have an IRCC express entry profile and also be eligible for at least one MPNP stream. Create a government of Manitoba account and submit an expression of interest. You will be ranked and placed in the qualified candidates’ pool for 12 months. Highest scoring qualified candidates with a connection to Manitoba will be sent Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) to submit a full Manitoba PNP application. If your application was successful, you will be nominated inside your IRCC Express Entry profile. Once you accept the nomination your CRS score will increase by 600 and thus you will be invited in the next round of invitations to apply by the IRCC. Once you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from IRCC you will need to submit a permanent residence application to IRCC inside your Express Entry profile.
