How to immigrate to British Columbia?

Skills Immigration (SI) – International Graduate

This program is intended for international graduates who have obtained a Canadian university or college education in the past three years.

How to apply? Create an online profile with BCPNP Online and register with the SIRS where you will be assessed and receive scores. Periodically, BC will invite candidates with the highest scores to apply through the same BCPNP Online system. BCPNP then nominates successful applicants to apply for permanent residence to IRCC.

LanguageValid language test results are not required for NOC skill type 0 or skill level A, however, if you want to claim points for your language proficiency, you will need to have valid language test results at the time of registration. For NOC skill level B, the applicant must have valid language test results of CLB 4 at the minimum at the time of registration.
Job OfferA full-time and permanent job offer that requires a university/college degree is required. The job offer must be in skill type 0 or skill level A or B.
EducationGraduate or undergraduate degree, minimum of 8 months from a Canadian post-secondary institution (authorized to grant degrees) within the last three years.
Settlement FundsMeet minimum income requirements for your chosen area of residence. BC has a minimum family threshold table for the entire BC.
