How to immigrate to Nova Scotia?

This program is for physicians with an approved offer from the Nova Scotia Health Authority or IWK Health Center to apply for nomination.
How to apply?
Create an express entry profile through IRCC and then get a job offer from the NSHA (Nova Scotia Health Authority) or Izaak Walton Killam Hospital for Children (IWK). Once you received a letter of interest from Nova Scotia, you will need to submit your complete application to the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration (NSOI). If your application was successful, you will receive a nomination. After receiving a nomination, you will need to apply for a temporary work permit through IRCC, and in the meantime apply for permanent residence to IRCC.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Point System A federal express entry profile is a must. Language CLB/NCLC 7 or higher in either English or French. Experience Must have sufficient experience for the selected Express Entry Stream (FSWP, CEC) Job Offer Job offer is a must and should be approved by the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) or IWK in either general practitioner and family physician (NOC 3112) or a specialist physician (NOC 3111); Education Valid ECA from the Medical Council of Canada or medical training in Canada. Settlement Funds A settlement fund is required. Refer to IRCC for settlement fund. Others Return for Service Agreement: Must agree to work in Nova Scotia for at least 2 years.
