This program is intended for BC university post-graduates with a BC university degree such as a master’s or Ph.D. in natural, applied or health sciences.

| Education | Masters or Doctorate degree within the last three years. Education must be either master’s or doctorate in specific disciplines of natural, applied or health sciences, and must be obtained from an eligible BC. Post-secondary institution. |
| Settlement Funds | No minimum income requirement for this program (the only program in BC) |
| Others | Ability and intent to live and work in BC. |
