You can apply under this program if you are an international student graduating from a provincial educational institution and want to become an entrepreneur in Saskatchewan.

How to apply?

This is a four-step process, 1st step: submit an expression of interest to the SINP online to be placed in the EOI system. Once selected from the pool, you will be Invited to Submit an Application (ISA). You must send the application/supporting documents including Business Establishment Plan (BEP). If your application was approved, you will be asked for an in-person interview, and if successful you will be sent a Business Performance Agreement (BPA) for review and signature. After this, you will receive a SINP approval letter to start your business. Once you fulfill the conditions of the Business Performance Agreement (BPA) and you operated the business for 12 months, then you can send the nomination application form to a designated email address. After your nomination application was accepted, you will receive a nomination certificate which you can use in your PR application to IRCC for permanent residence.
