OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

This program is for foreign skilled workers both inside and outside of Canada with a job offer in a skilled occupation Skill type 0, or skill level A or B in Ontario, who want to work and live permanently in Ontario.
How to apply?
This stream works under an Expression of Interest System; you must register and express your interest in this program to get an invitation. To get started, you must create a profile in the OINP e-Filing Portal and register an expression of interest for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream. You will then receive an invitation to apply for a nomination. Once you receive the OINP nomination letter and certificate, you can then apply to IRCC for your permanent residence.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience In the last 5 years, you must have two years of cumulative, full-time (or equivalent in part-time), paid work experience in the same occupation as your job offer. Job Offer A full-time and permanent job offer is required. It must be in NOC skill type 0 or skill levels A or B. Education You must have the license to carry out the work if a license is required.
